Observing Phoenix City Council Public Safety and Justice subcommittee
Conversations with the Phoenix Office of Accountability and Transparency - We hosted events to educate LWVMP members residing in Phoenix about the work of the Office of Accountability and Transparency and how we as an organization can support the efforts of the office to provide civilian oversight of administrative investigations of misconduct allegations against members of the Phoenix Police Department, and to receive community feedback regarding complaints, commendations, concerns and/or other comments about policing in Phoenix.
