You can influence the outcome of legislation! Learn how to "Request to Speak"

Request to speak is an online real-time system that allows the public to register opinions on bills being heard in committee. You can indicate whether you are "for" or "against" a bill; you can write a brief comment explaining your position; and you can register your willingness to speak (and testify) during the committee hearing
